Try one of these fun wine cocktail recipes at your holiday dinner or party.

Holiday Wine Cocktail Recipes

Black River Farms

Red Moon over the Black River

2 oz. Black River Farms Saki wine
1/2 oz. WarDog Spirits Black River Bourbon
1/2 oz. Simple syrup
3 maraschino cherries
1 strip of orange rind

Shake liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled.
Rub rim of glass with orange rind.
Strain cocktail over ice-filled rocks glass.
Drop one cherry in the glass and skewer 2 more on a pick to garnish and serve.

Jingle Juice

(Yield: 20-24 servings)

6 cups pomegranate juice
6 cups cranberry juice
1.5 cups WarDog Spirits Gin
2/3 cup fresh lime juice (plus lime slices for garnish)
1/4 cup orange Creole rum
1 bottle BRF Sparkling Dry Rose wine
2 cups frozen cranberries
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
fresh mint sprigs for garnish
ice cubes

Add the pomegranate, lime, and cranberry juices, rum, sparkling wine, and ice cubes to a large punch bowl and stir.
Add frozen cranberries, pomegranate seeds, and lime slices.
Ladle into cups and garnish with mint sprigs.

Blue Mountain 

Apple Fizz

1 oz. of a vodka or whisky of your choice
2 oz. of our Mountain Spice Wine
Top with Ginger Ale
Garnish with Apples and Cinnamon Sticks

Mulled Mountain Spice Wine

Heat our Mountain Spice Wine by mug, sauce pan, or crock pot
Add 1/4 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
Cinnamon Sticks

Franklin Hill

The Social Sour

This twist on a classic New York sour uses our newest Social Still collaboration, Deep Cut Rye. This unique, spicy rye
was finished in Chambourcin barrels from Franklin Hill, giving it a lovely red hue.

1½ oz. Social Still Folklore Straight Rye Whiskey
¾ oz. simple syrup
¾ oz. lemon juice
2 oz. Franklin Hill Vineyards Chambourcin

Add the Rye, lemon juice & simple syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour into a rocks glass and pour Chambourcin over the back of a spoon to create a float.

The Social Circus

3 oz. Franklin Hill Carnival cotton candy wine
1 oz. Social Still Vodka
½ oz. lemon juice
Top with club soda

Cranberry Thyme Spritzers

1 bottle Vidal Blanc infused with fresh Thyme overnight.
Add one cup of White Cranberry juice and 1/2 cup Seltzer.
Serve with fresh cranberries and thyme sprig as garnish.

Harvest Cider

1 bottle of Potion X wine
3 oz  Apple Whiskey
1/2 gallon local apple cider
Add it all in a sauce pan and let mull with cinnamon sticks for 1 hour.
Serve warm with cinnamon stick and apple slice as garnish

Fireside Martini

3 oz Trio wine
1 oz Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka
Rimmed with caramel and crushed graham cracker
Serve with brownie brittle and s’mores snack mix.

Holiday Martini

3 parts FHV Passion wine
1 part vanilla vodka
Rim the glass with green colored sugar and garnish with a strawberry.


Tree Trimming Elixir

5 oz. Vynecrest Cherry DiVyne Wine
1/2 oz. Chocolate Bourbon
1 oz. Filthy Food Black Cherry Juice
Shaved Dark Chocolate

Shake ingredients together; take glass and wet the rim with Filthy Food Black Cherry Juice dip into a plate filled with the shaved dark chocolate to cover the rim. Pour the ingredients into the glass and top off with a Filthy Food Black Cherry.

Night B4 Santa

5 oz. Vynecrest Merlot Wine
1/2 oz. Chocolate Bourbon

Shake the above ingredients together and cuddle with the one you love waiting for Christmas to arrive.
